Skimo to the Kloben and other skimo tours in our area!

POPULAR SKI TRIP TO KLOBEN - GROSSGLOCKNER AREA

From the beginning of May to the end of May, only in good weather and avalanche safety!

On the ascent to Kloben (2936m) avoid the slopes of the Brennkogel and walk over the Zellersteig, Brennkogelkees, along the Klobengrat. You can reach the summit in about 2 hours.

In order to find the right departure route when fog falls, you have to stick to the Spielmannkees so as not to get to Guttal (Carinthia). After entering the Spielmann glacier you come to the Pfandlscharten glacier, Pfandlgraben (watch out for snow holes!) In the Käfertal at 1295m.

You have mastered an approx. 7 km long descent with a 1641m difference in altitude.
